University of Birmingham, The Exchange – wayfinding & signage scheme

ABG Design has been working with University of Birmingham on the signage and wayfinding for they’re new building The Exchange in the heart of Birmingham.

Located in Centenary Square, The Exchange will use the University’s research, teaching and local, national and international networks to create a place of curiosity, celebration, collaboration and change.

A grade II listed building that was originally founded as the Birmingham Municipal Bank.

ABG Design was commissioned by the University to create a signage system that complimented and enhanced the buildings true historical beauty. The design of the signage embraced the colour palettes of The Exchange brand and has a modern contemporary feel that contrasts well with classical tones of the building.
